Terrence E. Munn is the founder and principal lawyer
of Munn Law Firm. Terrence was born in
St. Catharines,
Ontario. He graduated from McMaster University with
a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in
1999. Following his undergraduate studies, Terrence
completed his Bachelor of Laws degree from the
University of Windsor in 2002.
Terrence was called to the
Ontario
bar in 2003. Following his call to the bar, Terrence
has practiced extensively in the areas of plaintiff
personal injury litigation, insurance and medical
malpractice law. Having previously acted on behalf
of insurance companies and physicians, Terrence has
valuable insight into the tactics and strategies of
these institutional defendants.
Terrence’s practice is devoted to representing
people who are injured as a result of car accidents,
hospital and medical malpractice, slip and falls,
defective products, airplane accidents, boating
accidents, host liability, tavern liability,
assaults, animal attacks, long term disability
claims and other injury cases.
Terrence is a member of the Advocates' Society,
Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the
Medico-Legal Society of Toronto.
Terrence has appeared at all levels of Ontario’s
courts
Terrence is dedicated to providing effective legal
representation and superior client service to
victims of personal injury. Outside of office
hours, Terrence enjoys recreational basketball, the
Raptors, reading, watching movies and dragon boat
racing.
