Our Founder and Principal Lawyer
Terrence E. Munn is the founder and principal lawyer of Munn Law Firm. He graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1999. Following his undergraduate studies, Terrence completed his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor in 2002.
Terrence was called to the Ontario bar in 2003. Since then he has practised exclusively in the areas of plaintiff personal injury litigation and insurance law. Having previously acted on behalf of insurance companies, Terrence has valuable insight into the tactics and strategies of these institutional defendants.
Practice
Terrence’s practice is devoted to representing people who are injured as a result of car accidents, long-term disability claims, slip and falls, occupier’s liability, defective products, airplane accidents, boating accidents, and motorcycle accidents.
He also handles other injury cases such as social host liability, tavern liability, assaults, animal attacks, and more.
Memberships
Terrence is a member of the Advocates’ Society, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Halton County Law Association, the Wellington County Law Association, and the American Association of Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America). He has appeared at all levels of Ontario’s courts.
Terrence is dedicated to providing high quality representation and superior client service to victims of personal injury and their families. Outside of office hours, he enjoys spending family time, coaching basketball, the Raptors, reading, and watching movies.
